My 10 Minute Makeup Routine

Since becoming a mom, the time I have to get ready in the morning has legit decreased significantly. I used to spend at least an hour doing my hair and makeup before I had the baby and now I'm lucky if I have 15 minutes to do it all. I've always been a fan of keeping my makeup looking as natural as possibly and and I've really kept to that these days. While I'm by no means a beauty pro, (hoping to change that this year) these are the products that are working for me now! I love to mix high end and drug store beauty products to create my daily look (ballin' on a budget)!

The Base: I always start my makeup routine with washing my face and applying a light moisturizer. The foundation I've been using for the past 6 months is Makeup For Ever Ultra HD Foundation stick. I usually apply this with either my Real Techniques Blender or The Creme Shop foundation brush.

The cover: So lately I've been rocking super non-cute bags under my eyes and I've been breaking out due to stress, lack of sleep, my diet, and postpartum hormones (it's insane). I've always come back to this Maybeline concealer no matter which brands I've tried, it covers everything up so well! I apply it under my eyes in a triangle shape, to the bridge of my nose, my chin, and any problem spots! I use my beauty blender to blend it all in!

The Set: So I like to set in my concealer under my eyes with this translucent powder from E.L.F. it just helps keep my concealer in place and not slip sliding all over.

The Bronze / Contour: I don't have the the time or energy to contour like I used to (sad) so I usually do a really quick brush of this NARS concealer on my forehead, cheekbones, nose, and jawline! I know what you're thinking "Concealer to contour??", well my makeup artist used this on me for my baby shower and it looked amazing! I love the warmth it brings to my face!

The Cheeks & Eyes: I've been using this NARS blush for years and it's more of a warmer blush than your typical bright pink which I love. I also use this eye shadow pallet from E.L.F for a super quick eye. I usually just use the lightest shade in the corner of my eyes for a highlight and the darkest as a eyeliner.

The Details: I always use liquid eyeliner on my eyes, I feel like it livens them up. I'm not loyal to any specific brand of liquid eyeliner but I do not like the felt tip eyeliners at all. My favorite mascara is HANDS DOWN L'Oreal telescopic, it really lengthens my eyelashes. Lastly, If there is one product I can't live without it is definitely my brow pencil from Anastasia Beverly Hills. My eyebrows are legit the saddest thing on the planet and this product gives them LIFE!

The Finishing Touch: I love a good highlight and I always bounce between my Becca Cream Highlighter in Opal and my Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit! I apply to the tops of my cheekbones and the bridge of my nose for some much needed glow!
