My Favorite Healthy + Delicious Smoothie Recipies

I love a good smoothie and I make sure to have one every single day! You guys always see me sipping on one of these smoothies on my Instagram story and so I wanted to share with you the recipes on the blog! I have two tried and true smoothie recipes that I alternate between during the week; my husband's green smoothie and my chocolate protein smoothie! Both are equally delicious and super easy to make (just toss the ingredients in a blender and you're good to go! I use this one). So give them a try and let me know what you think!

Green Smoothie

1 Cup of Coconut Water

1 Cup of Spinach

1/3 Cup Frozen Pineapple

1 Banana

Handful of Ice

1 Tablespoon of Ground Flaxseed Meal (Optional)

Chocolate Protien Smoothie 


1 Cup of Almond Milk

2 Scoops of Orgain Protein Powder

1 Banana

1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter

Handful of Ice

1 cup of Spinach (Optional)
** I was so scared to add spinach in this shake at first but you can't taste it AT ALL and it's a good way to sneak in greens!
